Employment Status
: Probationary for a minimum of 3 months (confirmation subject to satisfactory performance and verification of credentials).
Notice Period
: During probation, a notice period of at least 15 days is required. After probation, a notice period of at least 1 month must be served. In lieu of the notice period, an equivalent amount of salary may be deducted.

advance. The Employer reserves the right to claim the remaining salary and bonuses/incentives in compensation for any resulting

performance falls below the required standards or is damaging to the Employer, the Employer reserves the right to terminate my
employment.
During the period of employment, as well as after its termination, I agree that:
I will not take, carry, send, transfer, or share, in any form, any data, software, or information related to my assignment or the
company with anyone either within or outside the company.
I will not use my personal knowledge of the company's suppliers or customers for personal benefit.
I will not use any confidential information for my own benefit or engage in actions that may cause direct or indirect loss or injury
to the Employer.
Except in the course of my duties, I will not divulge or discuss any confidential information with any unauthorized individuals,
